READING FC look set to keep hold of star man Liam Moore, it has emerged.
Royals held firm on their asking price for the 25-year-old amid strong interest from Brighton & Hove Albian over the summer.
However, the Seagulls failed to meet Reading's valuation of Moore and it appears the south-coast club are now set to sign Wigan Athletic defender Dan Burn.
The towering centre-back is reportedly on the verge of completing a £3.5m move to Amex Stadium.

It means Moore is almost guaranteed to remain at Madejski Stadium until January at least.
The former Leicester City star could even be involved on Saturday when Royals travel to Nottingham Forest.
Moore has trained with Reading since handing in an official transfer request but was not considered for selection against Derby County while his future remained uncertain.
