According to national reports, Reading FC remain under investigation from the EFL for the valuation that they have placed on the Madejski Stadium.
The BBC report that the investigation has been launched following the sale of the Madejski to a holding company owned by owner Dai Yongge for £26.5 million.
Similar investigations were conducted into Sheffield Wednesday and Derby County by the EFL.

Derby have leased back their ground, which was independently valued but on the club's books as a £41m asset from a company owned by owner Mel Morris.
Whereas the Yorkshire club faced scrutiny after selling Hillsborough stadium to owner Dejphon Chansiri in a bid to ensure that they did not breach spending caps.
