Reading look to follow up the first league win of 2021 at Huddersfield last week with progression to the FA Cup fourth round on Saturday.

Four points from the last three matches, due to a Covid-19 outbreak at the club they had no fixture last week. They ended 2020 on a high, beating Bristol City 2-1 at Kenilworth Road to return to winning ways after losing 2-1 at the Madejski Stadium on Boxing Day.
They currently sit 14th in the Championship, but this is cup football and anything can happen.
This will be the third time the two sides have met this season, with Luton knocking the Royals out of the Carabao Cup in the second round.

Team News
With the games coming thick and fast both clubs are expected to make changes. However with Luton having no match last week they may make less.
Goalkeeper Luke Southwood is expected to be between the sticks for Veljko Paunovic, having made his last appearance in the clubs exit in the League Cup to Saturday’s opponents.
Romanian striker George Puscas is also expected to play a part, having recently returned from an injury and being an unused sub at the John Smith’s Stadium last time out.
One notable face for the hosts could be Gabriel Osho.
The central-defender was a product of the Reading Academy before leaving to join Luton when his contract expired over the summer. He is in line to make his debut for his new side after being recalled from his loan spell with Yeovil Town during the week.

Key Player
Midfield dynamo Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has attracted many a neutral’s wandering eye since joining the club on loan from Leicester City.
Scoring his first goal in their 2-1 win over the Robins last time out, he has registered 15 appearances in total and has supplemented his goal with three assists.
