Former Reading midfielder Michael Olise has 'the personality and the talent' to sign for Liverpool or Manchester City, according to former teammate Charlie Adam.
Adam, who played for Liverpool in 2011/12, spent 2019/20 with Reading and Olise- playing 27 times.
Olise, fresh off of catching the eye for Crystal Palace in scoring a stunning last-minute equaliser direct from a free-kick, was only 18 when he broke through and played alongside the former Scotland international in the Royals first team.
With suitors, including French giants OSG, already keeping an eye on the 21-year-old, Adam expects to see him at a super club sooner rather than later.

"I think Michael Olise has the personality and the talent to play for the likes of Man City and Liverpool," he told Grosvnenor Sport. "He always caught my eye when we were together at Reading, he was desperate to play every single week and he's now getting that platform to perform at Crystal Palace.
"He's done brilliantly and he's a player that everyone needs to look out for in the future. One of the bigger teams will definitely be looking at him. He's still young and I like seeing him when he smiles [which isn't very often]. He's a very, very good player."
Not bad at free-kick's himself, Adam revealed that a young Olise would stay behind after training and practise set-pieces with the Stoke City favourite.
"He used to always stay behind in training and practice freekicks so it's no surprise to see him benefit from the rewards of that now. I always saw something in him and when he puts the numbers together then there's no doubt the big teams will be looking at him."
