The Royals will be ball five in the draw, which is taking place on the One Show tonight at 7pm.
Kelly Chambers' side's best FA Cup performance came in 2019, reaching the semi-final before losing out to West Ham.
The Iron's knocked the Royals out last season too, with an extra-time winner at the SCL Stadium.
