Holders Chelsea sealed their spot in the last four by beating fellow WSL side Reading 3-1.
Goals from Jess Carter and a penalty from Maren Mjelde put Chelsea in the driving seat going into the break before a great pass threaded through from Johanna Rytting Kaneryd found Alsu Abdullina, who squared the ball to Guro Reiten to add a third for Chelsea five minutes after the restart.
The Royals earned a consolation through Sanne Troelsgaard in the 70th minute, but Chelsea were able to see the game out as they look to defend their title.
Troelsgaard thought she had pulled one back before half-time, only for the goal to be ruled out with the teams ready to retake the centre.
This left boss Kelly Chambers bemused in her post-match interview.
"I'm still baffled as to why our first goal was ruled off, I don’t know how refereeing works these days," she said. "From our perspective, he [linesman] hasn’t given offside, and starts running back ready for kick-off but then the referee gets involved to make a judgement on offside, it’s just so complicated I don’t get it.
“Maybe with VAR you can make take that time to discuss, and give the goal or not, but in the end it’s another decision against us.
“And that’s all I have on that, I have no comment, because like I said I just don’t know how the refereeing world works at the minute."
Reading face Brighton next week in the WSL, looking to pull themselves away from relegation danger.
