Wigan Athletic have asked Reading for an additional 500 seats for Saturday's crunch relegation clash after selling half of their original allocation.
The Latics, on the back of two successive wins, come into the game just three points behind Reading.
The Royals, meanwhile, are winless since February and sit a point away from safety with two matches remaining.
An inital allocation of 1,004 was given and despite initial slow uptake- with less than 250 sold as of Friday- a 2-1 win over Millwall has encouraged more to make the journey down from Lancashire.

The 2013 FA Cup winners have sold over 500 tickets, and have requested more.
We understand that the club have not issued an additional 500 tickets, but have agreed to another 300- taking the away end to just over 1300.
Club1871, which shares the South Stand, has been extended for the fixture.
Another 400 tickets have been made available to Reading supporters behind the goal.
