The wife of Reading star Shane Long has hinted at the veteran striker's retirement.
The 36-year-old is a cult hero for the Royals, spending over six years with the club during a successful spell from 2005 until 2011.
Returning last year after almost a decade at Southampton, the Irishman has scored twice as the club were relegated to League One.
Making 32 appearances this season, he also set-up Andy Carroll for one assist in the Championship.
Taking to social media after the game, his wife said: "Well this has made me emotional. 20 years in the game and I have been with him for 15 of them, and proud of every moment. People say he still has so much to give and has so much pace, knowledge of the game and a great guy in the dressing room, but when you know you know."
The former West Brom star earned 88 caps for Republic of Ireland, and has made over 230 appearances for the Royals.
