The bad news continues as Reading have suffered yet more EFL charges, this time relating to paying players.
The Royals failed to pay players on time and in full in October, November and April- breaching EFL regulations.
This comes less than 24 hours after it had emerged that the club failed to pay their loan players' wages, which looks set to plunge the side into another transfer embargo.

Not as uncommon as one would hope, Wigan Athletic were charged with a similar breach.
They were asked to put 125 per cent of the expected wages into a holding account in case of any further late payments, and were deducted points after this was not done.
Club owner, Dai Yongge, has also been charged with 'causing the Club to be in breach of EFL Regulations despite his commitment to fund the cash requirements of the Club.'
The Club and Mr Dai have until 4pm on Thursday 29 June 2023 to respond to the charges.
