New Hibernian Director of Football, Brian McDermott, completed the purchase of two former Reading favourites.
McDermott, 61, spent over a decade working in Berkshire and famously took the Royals into the Premier League as champions in 2011/12.
Moving north of the border over the summer, the former Leeds United boss and Arsenal scout is the new Director of Football at Hibs.
Working above manager Lee Johnson, McDermott has brought in Reading favourites Adam Le Fondre and Jordan Obita.
With more than 300 combined appearances for the club, both move to Easter Road after succesful spells with Sydney FC and Wycombe Wanderers.
29 and 37 years old respectively, both will add plenty of experience as Hibs look to impress not only domestically but on the European stage.
On the signing of Obita, manager Johnson commented: “We’re excited to bring a player of Jordan’s experience to the Football Club.
“He gives us extra options all the way up the left hand-side and his ability from set plays will add an extra dimension to the squad. We look forward to working with him.”
He added on Le Fondre: "Adam brings craft to our new front-line and his experience and nous in the game will help develop our younger strikers.
“Throughout his career he has a proven goal scoring record and physically he’s in good shape. We look forward to working with him.”"
