Reading have missed out on rumoured target Fin Stevens, as the full-back confirms a move to rivals Oxford United.
20-year-old Stevens has been at Premier League Brentford since 2020 and has made 10 first-team appearances.
Spending some of last season with Championship Swansea City, the Wales youth international featured just five times and was keen to go back out on loan to gain valuable minutes.
