Reading goalkeeper Coniah Boyce-Clarke made his Jamaica debut in a 5-0 win over St Kitts and Nevis.
The Academy graduate has made just one first-team appearance for the Royals, on the final day of last season against Huddersfield Town, and played for England up to Under-17.
Moving to the Reggae Boyz at Under-20 level, the shot stopper played five times before making his full debut in Gold Cup qualifying.
Replacing Jahmali Waite midway through the game, the 20-year-old kept an important clean sheet.

Premier League and Championship regulars, the likes of Demari Gray and Michail Antonio, all featured in the win.
Boyce-Clarke is part of a strong homegrown goalkeeping union in Berkshire, with Jokull Andresson and Harvey Collins joined by Australian Dean Bouzanis in fighting for the number one shirt.
Busy on international duty, the others are in Alicante for a week of warm-weather training.
AFC Wimbledon await in a pre-season friendly next Saturday.
