Reading loanee Baba Rahman has found a permanent home at PAOK after years of short-term moves as a Chelsea defender.
The full-back had been the Blues' longest-serving player, arriving in 2014, but only made 23 appearances and had seven separate loan spells away from Stamford Bridge.
Making 49 appearances for the Royals over the 2021/22 and 2022/23 campaign, the Ghana international cut his Chelsea contract short by a season to link up with Greek side PAOK.

Signing a three-year deal, the defender had spent a 13-match spell with the club in 2021.
With the possibility of European football, currently in the second qualifying round of the Europa League, the 29-year-old joins the side after finishing fourth in the Greek Super League and ending as runners-up in the Greek Cup.
He will link-up with former Royals favourite Nelson Oliveira, who had a 10-game loan spell in 2019 under Jose Gomes.
