Reading have confirmed the appointment of two new coaches to assist Ruben Selles ahead of the new season.
Andrew Sparkes and Tobias Loveland both move to RG2 after spells alongside Selles in Southampton.
Sparkes joins as Assistant Manager while Loveland's official title is First Team Technical Coaching Assistant.
A coach with nearly 20 years experience in the UK, America, Austria and South Africa, Sparkes joined the Saints as Goalkeeping Coach in 2019 before becoming a Set Piece Coach.

Loveland had previously been Senior Technical Analyst at St Marys, and will now work alongside Sparkes, James Oliver-Pearce and Tony Warner in the first-team set-up.
Former first-team coach and interim manager in the 1990s, Eddie Niedzwiecki, will continue to work with the first-team.
Now in his third spell with the Royals, the former Chelsea keeper will juggle first-team responsibilites with his role as Director of Player Development.
