Reading boss Ruben Selles has brought Tom Holmes and Nesta Guinness-Walker back into the fold after being frozen out.
Neither have appeared in a matchday squad since the second game of the season, a 1-0 defeat to Port Vale.
Selles disputes any bust-up, however, both were dropped to Noel Hunt's Under-21 team for the last two months.
They make the bench against Leyton Orient, while three changes are made to the first team.
