Former Reading goalkeeper Mary Earps won the prestigious Sports Personality of the Year award for 2023.
The Manchester United goalkeeper played 34 times for the Royals from 2016 until 2018, being named in the WSL Team of the Season for 2016/17.

She has since gone on to become England's number one, a key member of the side to win the 2022 European Championships and reach the final of the 2023 World Cup.
Also in her list of achievements include a winner of the Finalissma, a Golden Glove at the World Cup and a WSL record for most clean sheets.
Earps is the second women's footballer in a row to win the historic award, with Beth Mead receiving the award in 2022.
England cricketer Stuart Broad came second, while world heptathlon champion Katarina Johnson-Thompson came third.
