Reading have confirmed that coaches Eddie Niedzwiecki and Andrew Sparkes have departed the club due to 'ongoing financial challenges.'
Both well respected in Berkshire, they join the long list of staff losing jobs due to the mismanagement from owner Dai Yongge.
Sparkes, who only joined the club alongside Ruben Selles in July, had previously turned down at role at Championship Sheffield Wednesday in order to remain in Berkshire.
Niedzwiecki, whose role was titled Director of Player Development, is in his third spell with the club after coaching roles in the 1990s and 2020s.
The club have confirmed: "Whilst both Andrew and Eddie were valued members of the first team set-up, ongoing financial challenges at the club meant changes in this department were necessary."
This follows news of redundancies before Christmas and news that players are no longer fed at Bearwood due to lack of funding.
