Reading midfielder Charlie Savage makes his first start for three months against Derby County, the Royals' only change from Saturday's defeat at Wigan Athletic.
Thelo Asgaard's stunner was enough to earn a 1-0 win at the DW Stadium, ending Reading's six-match unbeaten run.
Savage- who played an hour off the bench- comes in from the start for his first start since November against Bristol Rovers.
The 20-year-old Wales international will have a connection to the Rams, with his father Robbie having captained Derby and played over 100 times.
David Button remains in goal after an impressive display in Lancashire, despite coming off on the wrong side of the score.
Andy Yiadom; Tyler Bindon; Tom Holmes and Jeriel Dorsett remain in the back four.
Lewis Wing and Harvey Knibbs are joined by Savage in midfield, with Femi Azeez; Sam Smith and Paul Mukairu making up the front three.
