Reading will remain without midfielder Ben Elliott for Saturday's visit of in-form Leyton Orient after Cameroon progressed into the knockout phase of the Africa Cup of Nations.
The 21-year-old arrived from Chelsea in the summer and has scored once in 25 appearances this season- playing the full 90 minutes in just two cup ties.
With four international caps to his name, the attacking starlet was taken to Ivory Coast for the prestigious international tournament.
Playing three group matches, the Indomitable Lions have picked up four points and progressed to face Nigeria in the round of 16 on Saturday.
This means the youngster will remain away from Ruben Selles' squad for at least Saturday's visit of the O's, with over 2,000 supporters travelling from East London.
Richie Wellens' side sit 10th and 11 points outside the playoffs, without a defeat since December 23.
