It is a meeting between two former colleagues tomorrow as Southampton pair Ruben Selles and Nathan Jones face off as managers of Reading and Charlton Athletic.
Selles took over in Berkshire at the beginning of the season having had a three-month spell at St Marys and officially relegating the Saints.
It was the Spaniard's first job in the UK, having taken over from fiery Welshman Jones after his short-term stint on the south coast.
Selles, who had been an interim boss before Jones took over, worked under the new Charlton boss for four months in the Premier League.
Now, both meet in the third tier for the first time after Jones' recent appointment at the Valley.
Almost 3,000 fans are to travel from South-East London for his first match in charge, with the Addicks having won 4-0 in the reverse fixture.
Speaking ahead of the meeting, Selles said: "I know Nathan. He his is a fantastic coach and has been in League Two and League One before many teams in the Championship also. He knows the league and knows how to arrive to the players and get them on. I expect a very complicated game on Saturday.
"We worked together and I think we know each other well. It will be a good game and a challenge for both of us. Hopefully, it will be good for people to see our teams competing."
