Reading moved up to 18th in League One after Femi Azeez's brace sealed a 2-0 win over Charlton Athletic.

Here are our player ratings.

David Button, 6: Relatively easy day at the office for the goalkeeper, who was never tested by the out-of-form Addicks.

Andy Yiadom, 6: An energetic performance and a continuation of his recent good form. Providing plenty of threat going forwards and defending diligently.

Tyler Bindon, 7: Yet another imperious performance from the teenager. Winning his duals on the floor and in the air, the New Zealand international has really come into his own over the last few weeks. Long may it continue.

Amadou Mbengue, 8: Similar to Bindon from a defensive perspective in terms of being solid and in control, but then when you add in his attacking threat via his long throws you get a near-perfect performance.

Clinton Mola, 6: Solid but unspectacular. Struggled in the second half and was replaced by Jeriel Dorsett for the final 30 minutes.

Lewis Wing, 7: Ran the show in the midfield, doing the dirty work and earning the right to play with the ball at his feet. Excellent range of passing and even ended the game with the captain's armband for the first time.

Charlie Savage, 7: One of the youngster's best performances for the club, matching his boundless energy and enthusiasm with end product. Needed time to grow into the game, misplacing a few passes early on, but Charlton couldn't cope with the lack of time in the midfield.

Harvey Knibbs, 6: Probably the quietest of the midfield trio, the top scorer got on with his job without fanfare or fuss. Pressing high and winning the ball back, it was the turn of the forward players to take the limelight on this particular afternoon.

Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan, 6: Finding his feet back in the team from a wide position, the 20-year-old won the ball back on countless occasions and always looked to take his man on. Quickly becoming a crucial cog in the team.

Sam Smith, 6: Similar to recent weeks, the striker is doing everything but putting the ball in the net. Sent through for another big scoring chance, he could not convert and the drought goes on.

Femi Azeez, 7: Quiet in the first half, the fan favourite came into his own with time ticking away with two excellent finishes when Mbengue's long throws caused havoc in the penalty area.
