The Ghana international celebrated his 200th club appearance earlier in the month and is the longest-serving first-team player, not including Academy graduates.
Enduring his third straight season of points deductions, the full-back is looking to lead his team away from relegation danger and avoid falling into the fourth tier.

Sam Smith and Lewis Wing strikes was enough to down the Chairboys, with almost 2,000 supporters making the short trip to Buckinghamshire.
Wild scenes met the full-time whistle, with supporters trekking from Sunderland to Exeter, and everywhere in between, before seeing a victory.
"The fans have been brilliant, even in the away games," Yiadom added. "Wycombe was a standout which I’ll always remember. Every away game they’ve come out in their numbers and at home they’ve been really supportive so we’re really grateful for that."
