Reading fan group Sell Before We Dai are appealing for 'corporate help' in plugging the club's expected shortfall for March.
Sell Before We Dai, working closely with Supporters Trust at Reading [STAR], have responded to the general fan feeling of wanting to help, with supporters keen on fundraising and donating to help the club get through March without another points deduction.
However, the club have been 'reluctant to ask fans to fundraise for a billionaire’s bills.'

Releasing a statement on next steps, the group have implored supporters to purchase match tickets and spend money in the fan zone on matchdays, with every little helping the club.
However, for the major shortfall facing the club, the group have turned to the wider business community.
"STAR will lead the charge on any fan-led fundraising, but grassroots fundraising and bucket collections are not going to be enough. We are going to need corporate help, creative sponsorship and high-net-worth individuals to pull off this Great Escape.
"If you believe you can help facilitate any of the above, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us or STAR."
Saturday's 2-1 defeat against Wycombe Wanderers saw the largest attendance of the season, with another home game next Saturday against Cambridge United.
