Reading boss Ruben Selles has said that there is a 'fair possibility' that defender Jeriel Dorsett could be involved in this evening's clash with Derby County.
The Rams are sat in second, while the Royals are scrapping for every point they can get to pull themselves away from relegation danger in League One.
Almost 800 supporters are making the trip up to Pride Park hoping to see the Royals 'do the double' over Paul Warne's Derby following a 1-0 win in the reverse fixture.
Dorsett, who has been the main left-back all season, has been missing since a 1-1 draw with Fleetwood Town last month.
Clinton Mola, who had done a job in filling his space, gave away an 88th-minute penalty on Saturday as Wycombe Wanderers won 2-1 at the SCL Stadium.
Speaking on the prospect of Dorsett returning, Selles said: "There is a fair possibility for him to be available."
He will remain without Tom Holmes, who is still struggling with a lower back issue.
Two matches remain before the international break later this month, with Cambridge United visiting Berkshire on Saturday.
