Reading fans snapped up 200 returned tickets for next month's trip to Bristol Rovers, selling out inside 40 minutes.
A first trip to the Memorial Ground for over 20 years, the original allocation of just over 1,300 sold out within two days.
However, the tie was rescheduled due to this week's international break and will now take place on Tuesday, April 9.
200 tickets were refunded following the moved date and went on sale from 10am this morning, and were all gone by 10.45am.
Bolton Wanderers, Barnsley and Burton Albion are also to host the Royals in the remaining seven League One fixtures.
Meanwhile, Reading have launched mini season tickets for the final three home matches as they look to increase attendances and bring forward revenue ahead of the battle to beat the drop.
More than 15,000 have attended the last two home matches as Ruben Selles' squad continue to fight the odds and push toward League One survival.
