Former Reading Head of Scouting, Jared Dublin, has left Stoke City after less than 12 months with the Potters.
American Dublin joined the Royals as part of Mark Bowen and Paul Ince's backroom reshuffle, arriving in February 2022 after an impressive six-year stint with Sheffield United.
Impressing supporters at a Q&A session at Blue Collar Corner, alongside Bowen and Brian Carey, Dublin lasted just 16 months in Berkshire and moved to Stoke following relegation to League One.
Appointed Head of Recruitment in June 2023, Dublin has lasted less than a year at the Bet365 Stadium as the Potters finished 17th in the Championship- the club's lowest league finish for 20 years.
Sporting Director Jonathan Walters said: “We are thankful to Jared for his efforts in the role during the past year and wish him well for the future.
“Work to identify a successor will commence immediately and we will inform our fans once an appointment is made.
“I can assure supporters that our player recruitment will continue to move forward during the process of making an appointment.”
