Reading have released details for two pre-season friendlies this summer- including one supporters can watch.
With the EFL campaign only just finishing, thoughts have already turned to next season and attempts to get prepared despite off-field issues remaining uncertain.
After almost two months of exclusive negotiations, Dai Yongge remains the owner of the club, causing difficulties in planning for next season.
However, second tier opponents have been confirmed for July.
Reading will travel to Championship side Watford for a behind-closed-doors friendly on Saturday, July 6.
This will take place at the Watford Football Club Training Ground, kicking off at 11am.
Three weeks later, Queens Park Rangers will visit the SCL Stadium, with supporters welcomed to watch proceedings from the stands.
Kicking off at 3pm on Saturday, July 27, this comes just two weeks before the League One season gets underway.
The Royals lost every pre-season fixture last summer, a sign of what was to prove to tough season back in the third tier.
