Reading youngsters Omar Richards and Nelson Abbey tasted European success as Olympiacos became the first Greek side to win a UEFA competition, beating Fiorentina in the Conference League Final.
26-year-old Richards, on loan in Greece from Nottingham Forest, left Reading for Bayern Munich in 2021 after making almost 100 appearances.
He won a Bundesliga and German Super Cup in Bavaria but returned to the UK after one season.
An unused substitute in the final, which was won in the 116th minute, the full-back made three appearances in the Europa League and Conference League this season- 15 across all competitions.

Abbey, who broke into the first team this season, moved to the giants in January and was left out of the UEFA squad but still took part in the squad celebrations.
Leaving his boyhood club with 31 appearances during the first half of the season, the centre-back made four appearances for Olympiacos as the Red-Whites finished third in the Greek Super League.
