Reading are among the top 10 clubs in League One offering value for money, based off of 2024/25 season ticket prices.

Despite finishing at its lowest position for over 30 years, the Royals were backed strongly at home and particularly away.

Season ticket figures were, as to be expected, lower than previous years but nearly 19,000 turned out on the final day providing the community is still behind its troubled club.

The renewal period has opened and will remain open until June 14, with prices starting from £340.

Only seven teams offer cheaper renewal costs than that, including Bolton Wanderers, Huddersfield Town and Crawley Town at below £300.

Northampton Town (£289), Charlton Athletic (£310), Mansfield Town (£325) and Wigan Athletic (£329) are the only other clubs offering cheaper season tickets than the Royals.

In comparison, Rotherham United and Stockport County both charge more than £400 for their cheapest season ticket, with newly-promoted Stockport sitting top (or bottom) of the pile at £435.

Birmingham City, yet to appoint a new manager after relegation to the third tier on the final day, are the only club in the division yet to publish their prices for the upcoming campaign.
