Reading supporters are to bring back the banner dedicated to boss Ruben Selles on Saturday ahead of Charlton Athletic's visit to Berkshire.
Over £2,000 was raised at the end of last season for a large banner dedicated to Selles and it was carried around the SCL Stadium ahead of last season's final home match against Blackpool.
An emotional Selles applauded the crowd ahead of kick-off while watching it paraded through the stands on a day named 'Dia Del Jefe'- topped off with a 3-2 Royals victory.
Ricky Ezard, the supporter who set up the fundraiser, has confirmed that it will be displayed for the first time this season on Saturday.

"We're bringing back the EL JEFE flag this Saturday, so bring your loved ones and friends to support the team," he said on social media. "The flag walk starts at 2:40 pm. Spread the news and let's fill the stadium to show our support and respect for Ruben (EL JEFE) and the boys. Fingers crossed we hear some good news this week on the sale so we can also celebrate being under new ownership."
Charlton, sat top of the league under Nathan Jones having won all three of their matches to date, are close to selling out their allocation of tickets for the short hop from London.
Reading beat the Addicks 2-0 in RG2 last season in what was Jones' first match in charge.
