Reading fans have been left demanding answers as news has broken that Rob Couhig's takeover of the club collapsed at the 11th hour.
The 75-year-old was on the brink of purchasing the club for over two months but his period of exclusivity has ended and his loans, reportedly up to £4m, have been paid back in full.
Still awaiting official word from either party- with statements expected later today- supporters have been demanding answers.
In the past, communication between senior staff and supporters has been lacking, with fans frustrated that the crisis has rumbled on for over 12 months.
Take a look below at just some of the questions that need answering from supporters.
When is it expected money runs out and we are in same situation as last season expecting points deductions every month

Is there anyone, and I mean anyone, circling who might be able to launch a bid. Realistically we've only got a few weeks left to find someone so someone needs to be coming in ASAP (As unlikely as that might be)

What is Howe’s involvement now?

Who’s currently running the club on a day-to-day basis. Is Pang still around, Bowen under investigation, Howe suspended…

What stopped him from selling? Only logical answers are that he wants us dead or he doesn’t have control over the club. We need more news, none of it makes sense. Where do we protest against Dai and Howe?

I’d like to know what planning permission is in place on the land and whether the council can revoke it, and what the EFL are going to do when Dai misses another payment

Main question is... Is there another bidder that is in the mix that caused the deal to collapse? Seems very likely....

@james_e1871 Is it that the exclusivity ended or has Rob give up waiting around for Dai to actually finish the deal? Its just feels like it’s all heading to the end… can’t work out why he wouldnt want his money and go rather than get next to nothing if administration came 🤷🏼♀️🙈

What is the benefit to Dai to kill the club like the other 2 he put to the wall?

Could he sell the stadium & training ground if no more #ReadingFC or are these assets protected?
Can any local council, football body or government help protect us or force DY out?
1. is Couhig (still) under NDA? Is he interviewable? We deserve transparency.

2. If Dai has millions accessible to pay back loans immediately.. why was the womens team folded? why the loans in the first place?
3. is admin inevitable? preferable even? Derby seemed to do just fine
