Reading were the victim of a second half comeback from Rotherham United, losing 2-1 at the New York Stadium on Saturday.

Take a look below at the ratings.

David Button, 6: Made some big saves throughout to keep his side in the game but needed to do better for Hakeem Odoffin's winner as he failed to claim a looping cross.

Michael Craig, 6: Pretty bright and looked much more attacking in South Yorkshire than in previous weeks. Filled in a gap in the midfield too as the game wore on, his more natural position.

Amadou Mbengue, 6: A tad more erratic than in recent weeks but had done his job well during a difficult first half. Lost the run of Sam Nombe for the equaliser which kickstarted the comeback.

Tyler Bindon, 6: Much more forward-thinking than in previous weeks, stepping out of the back line regularly and dictating the tempo of the match. Won plenty in the air against the experienced Jonson Clarke-Harris.

Kelvin Abrefa, 6: Looked okay for the half-hour he featured until injury struck.

Lewis Wing, 6: A trademark free-kick finish to put the Royals ahead but still too deep to impact the game from an attacking sense. Needs to be in and around the edge of the box more frequently.

Ben Elliott, 6: A strong first-half with his defensive work coming on leaps and bounds from previous weeks. Became less prominent as the game wore on.

Harvey Knibbs, 6: Did the basics well, picking the ball up deep and driving forward. Not at his best, having little in the way of chance creation.

Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan, 5: Had one strong drive into the box but in general his attacking output was stemmed. Harsh to see red but gave the official a decision to make.

Sam Smith, 6: In general, his hold-up was stronger than it had been in previous weeks. Saw little in the way of goal-scoring chances.

Chem Campbell, 5: Had little to no impact on the game in what was a quiet showing after scoring a brace on Tuesday.

Substitutes

Andre Garcia, 6: Thrown in early, the 16-year-old more than held his own despite being targeted throughout. Naive to get involved off the ball and fortunate not to see red alongside Ehibhatiomhan.

Charlie Savage, 6: Pressed and harried well, not giving the Millers a second on the ball.

Jayden Wareham, 6: Had a couple of half-chances and linked up well with Smith. Keen to see the youngster get more minutes in League One.
