Reading legend Alex Pearce has switched Berkshire for Surrey, leaving non-league Bracknell Town for Leatherhead.
The 34-year-old rose through the youth ranks with the Royals and made over 250 appearances, winning Player of the Season in 2011/12 as Brian McDermott's men won the Championship.
Captaining the side in the historic 2015 FA Cup semi-final, the central defender moved to Derby County that year and made over 50 appearances for Rams.
We are delighted to announce the signing of experienced defender Alex Pearce. Alex has previously played for Reading, Bournemouth, Derby, Millwall and AFC Wimbledon and brings a wealth of experience to The Tanners.
