Over 700 Reading supporters were rewarded for making the seven-hour round-trip to Devon on Tuesday as the Royals won 2-1 at Exeter City, a first away victory since April.
Jayden Wareham and Michael Craig scored in a dominant first half while the Grecians battled back to control the majority of the second half and reduce the deficit through Ilmari Niskanen.
After drawing with Birmingham City and suffering defeat at Wrexham, Bolton Wanderers and Rotherham United, Royals supporters were finally rewarded.
