Reading boss Ruben Selles has been nominated for EFL League One Manager of the Month after an impressive October.
Despite battling off-field issues for over 15 months, the Spaniard has become a firm favourite with supporters as his side ensured third tier survival last year and started the 2024/25 campaign as one of the form teams.
Dropping points in just one home match all season and battling among the top 10, October saw Selles win three league matches in a row for the first time as Royals manager.
Winning four of the six league fixtures last month, Reading's youthful side netted 21 goals.
Selles has been nominated alongside Wycombe Wanderers boss Matt Bloomfield as the Chairboys sit top of the division, as well as Mansfield Town's Nigel Clough and Cambridge United's Garry Monk.
On the pitch; Ryan Barnett (Wrexham), Matty Pearson (Huddersfield Town), Kwame Poku (Peterborough United) and Willum Willumsson (Birmingham City) have been nominated for Player of the Month.
