Reading boss Ruben Selles has admitted he is 'happy' at the club amid speculation linking the Spaniard with a move to Championship strugglers Hull City.

The Tigers sacked Tim Walter while in the bottom three and have won just three league matches to date.

Reports on Humberside have suggested that the Spaniard is among a shortlist of names wanted by the hierarchy at the MKM Stadium, as well as fellow Championship strugglers Cardiff City.

The Royals, despite battling constant crises off the field, sit in the top six after a convincing 3-0 win over Cambridge United on Tuesday evening.

Addressing the rumours, Selles said: "We talked about speculation a couple of months ago with another club in the Championship. Literally the last 24 hours I have been fully focused on the team. If there is something it is always my agent and I don’t want to know anything, especially when we have a game like today.

"I am happy here giving everything for this club. I am enjoying this group of players, and the things have done, are doing and hopefully will do."

Reading travel to league leaders Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday looking to cement their place in the play-off positions.
