Reading defender Michael Morrison heaped praise on goalscorer Ovie Ejaria, hailing the on-loan Liverpool midfielder as a "special talent" after his goal helped Reading to a 1-1 draw.
Ejaria was in brilliant form, with his skill and trickery causing problems for the Baggies time and again.
His goal was an absolute peach, smashing the ball home from 25 yards after good work by substitute Lucas Joao.
Ejaria has put together two eye-catching displays against Cardiff and West Brom and Morrison admitted that it is up to the midfielder to go as far as he wants.
He said: "I had never seen him play before I came here but what a talented young man.
"Hopefully he does all the other bits right and works hard and he can move the club forward. His talent can take him wherever he wants.
"It is just whether he can work hard everyday and improve."
Morrison also explained how the performances against those promotion hopefuls in the past two games stand Reading in good stead for challenges ahead.
He added: "We are growing in belief as a team.
"A lot of teams will be saying that in the Championship. It isn't an excuse. We want to hit the ground running.
"We kind of wasted the first two games so we have a bit of catch-up to do so we will be hoping to get three points at the weekend."
